Do I need business management experience?
Although it is helpful, it is not a requirement of Little Scoops. We will train you in every area of the business. What we do like to see is an enthusiasm for the concept and a love of children!
Do I have to personally manage my day to day operations of the business?
We would like all franchisees to understand every aspect of the business. It is necessary for you to work on the business consistently and be very hands on, but you may utilize support management staff to assist on the day to day operations of the business.
Are there operating procedures in place?
Yes. Every facet of Little Scoops is systematic and we will train you how to run your location in a way to ensure it's as profitable as possible.
Are there protected territories?
Yes, Little Scoops offers protected territories.
What is the royalty fee?
Our current royalty fee is a total of 6% of the store's gross sales. A portion of this royalty is contributed to our National Marketing Fund. The royalties are paid on a weekly basis.
How will you help me?
Our franchise team will assist you during the site selection process, the development phase of your franchise site, store layout and design, equipment specifications, vendor buying power, training, opening, and more.
