Little Scoops of Excitement come to
Fleming Island
Little Scoops, The Sweetest Party Place
in Town, is Coming to Fleming Island in
August
Blauvelt, New
York (July 6, 2008)- Little Scoops is excited to
announce the opening of their 10th location, expanding
the Little Scoops brand to Florida. The latest
franchised location is located in Fleming Island, Florida
and will be opening on August 1st, with the Grand
Opening Celebration taking place September
13th.
Jeff Purisch, owner of the newest Little
Scoops location, a long time resident of the
Jacksonville area, saw a need for a place where children
can celebrate in an environment tailored to them. "The
opportunity to be around and be part of "fun" everyday
and the proven track record of Little Scoops made
opening this location an easy one," said Jeff.
A Little Scoops party includes time in the
party room where children play a variety of interactive
games that are set to popular, age-appropriate music.
Theme parties are also available. The children are then
served a choice of food along with birthday cake and
when it is time for the ice cream, the party moves to
the front room, which is decorated like a retro 1950's
ice cream parlor. The children get to create their own
sundaes with a wide selection of colorful toppings.
Little Scoops of Fleming Island will offer special
events and will also include a retail ice cream parlour,
open daily, where kids and friends can stop by and enjoy
ice cream in a "kid-sized" setting.
"We're very
excited to bring Little Scoops to Fleming Island," said
company co-founder, Michelle Violetto. "Little Scoops is
a concept that just works. I think the magic probably
lies in the simplicity of it all. Who doesn't like ice
cream?"
