After graduating Marist College, Michelle, a native of Bayonne, NJ worked in advertising at Chiat/Day/Mojo and Maddogs & Englishman. Several years later she became a NJ certified teacher, working for a couple of years in the field. It was then that she met her husband, Bryan, a Captain with the New York City Fire Dept. The experience of raising her three children, Amanda, Julianna and Nicholas, helped to lead her into her next career as a child talent manager.

Tanya was raised in Goldens Bridge, NY. She met her husband David, a contractor, while in high school. They were re-introduced after college while Tanya worked as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for the Bank of New York. After having her two children, Taylor and Devin, Tanya used her business experience to open Total Abstract, a title search company in Rockland County, NY.

Michelle and Tanya enjoy a chemistry between them that has been vital to their success. It has also allowed them to share responsibilities at the flagship location in Blauvelt, NY. Tanya handles the bookkeeping and financial aspects of the business, while Michelle takes care of the advertising, marketing and promotions.
